MojObrt is an application that replaces a traditional accountant and enables sole traders to independently manage their trade books.
Yes, the application was developed specifically for sole traders who don't want to think about bookkeeping or legal regulations. You just need to enter income and expenses — the application handles everything else.
The application was developed within the legal framework of the Federation of BiH, in consultation with licensed accounting agencies, tax inspectors from the FBiH Tax Administration, and the Indirect Taxation Authority of BiH.
The application is designed for all sole traders registered in the Federation of BiH who provide services. Product sales bookkeeping is not primarily supported, but everything related to service-based bookkeeping from any industry is supported.
Sole traders record income by issuing invoices. In the application, you can create and send an invoice to a client for services rendered. Once the client pays the invoice, marking it as paid records the income — that's it.
Business expenses are all invoices you pay to other companies for business purposes. These invoices are entered by filling out the expense entry form in the Expenses section of the application.
Every earned income increases your tax liability at the end of the year. However, every paid expense reduces that liability. That's why it's very important to enter this information — not only to comply with the law, but also to legally reduce your tax obligations.
All entered data can be corrected until the moment it is submitted to the relevant institution. For example, VAT payers must submit their books to the Indirect Taxation Authority every month. After you export these books from the application, all related transactions for that month will be locked to preserve data integrity.
Yes, MojObrt fully supports integration with the electronic portal for VAT taxpayers. At the end of each month, you can get your exported VAT return, and input/output invoice books in CSV format.
The application automatically prepares the annual return (GPD) and all documents required with it (SPR, PLDI).
Yes, at the end of the year the application calculates all tax obligations based on the annual return — both for the past year and for the coming year. Tax for the previous year must be paid by March 31, and tax for the coming year is paid monthly based on installments calculated from the previous year.
MojObrt generates all legally required reports for a trade:
KPR-1041 - Income and Expense Book
KDI - Daily Reports Book
Specification 2002 - for contribution payments
SPR-1053 - Annual specification for determining self-employment income
GPD-1051 - Annual income tax return
PLDI - Long-term assets inventory list
KIF - Output invoice book (for VAT payers)
KUF - Input invoice book (for VAT payers)
VAT return
The FBiH tax authority still requires these reports in written format, stamped with the trade's seal. At the end of the year, the application allows you to download these forms in PDF format, which you can print, stamp, and submit to your local tax authority.
The application has information about deadlines for all forms and returns you are required to submit during the year, and will remind you about them in a timely manner via email.
Yes, every month the application calculates contributions and allows you to download digital payment slips. You can then transfer these payment slips to your FBiH bank's online banking and pay all contributions in one step.
ProCredit Bank is currently supported, and we will soon add support for UniCredit, Raiffeisen, Addiko, and Halcom. Contact us at info@mojobrt.ba if you'd like us to support your bank next.
The application is developed according to modern software development standards and meets the technical requirements of EU GDPR legislation. All entered data is encrypted with a 256-bit private key and stored in a private database. MojObrt employees do not have access to your data, and access is strictly controlled.
User accounts on the MojObrt application are linked directly to the email address you registered with and typically don't have a fixed password — instead using a more secure method of sending one-time passwords at each login. If you lose access to your registered email address, contact our support at podrska@mojobrt.ba and we'll help you restore access.
